Yes. All of our rails are crafted with safety in mind and are built to meet or exceed industry standards. Powder coating not only improves appearance—it also adds texture for a more secure grip when wet.
2. Do the decorative designs like turtles or dolphins have sharp edges?
No. Every custom design is smoothed and powder coated to ensure a comfortable and safe surface. Even the most intricate shapes are finished with user safety in mind.
3. What areas do you offer installation services in?
We offer local installation throughout Sarasota and Charlotte Counties. If you’re in Manatee County, please call first. Outside of these areas? We’re happy to ship, and we often refer customers to trusted local partners nationwide when available.
4. How much do your handrails cost?
Pricing varies depending on the style, powder coating finish, and design complexity. Standard rails start around $595.00 plus shipping, with more intricate designs costing more. All current prices are listed on the product pages.
5. How long does it take to receive my order?
Each handrail is custom-made. Typical production and shipping time is 4–6 weeks. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
6. Are your handrails made in the USA?
Absolutely. All Arrowhead Metal Art Designs products are proudly made right here in Venice, Florida.
7. Do your rails come with a warranty?
Yes. We offer a 3 year limited warranty on our handrails materials and craftsmanship. If you have any issues, just contact us and we’ll make it right.
8. Can I choose a custom color or design?
Yes. We offer a wide range of powder coat colors and have several artistic designs available (like sea turtles, dolphins, octopuses, and more). Have something in mind? Reach out and let’s talk!
9. Do you offer any ADA-compliant options?
Many of our standard and custom rails are designed to meet ADA accessibility guidelines. Let us know your needs and we’ll help you choose the best option.
10. Do you offer any accessories or related products?
Yes. In addition to pool and spa rails, we now offer access to the EcoRover mobility chair and select pieces of custom wall art. New affiliate and product pages will be live soon.
