Frequently Asked Questions - Arrowhead Metal Art Designs

Family-Owned and Operated

Frequently Asked Questions about our Pool and Spa Handrails

1. Are your pool and spa handrails safe to use?

Yes. All of our rails are crafted with safety in mind and are built to meet or exceed industry standards. Powder coating not only improves appearance—it also adds texture for a more secure grip when wet.

2. Do the decorative designs like turtles or dolphins have sharp edges?

No. Every custom design is smoothed and powder coated to ensure a comfortable and safe surface. Even the most intricate shapes are finished with user safety in mind.

3. What areas do you offer installation services in?

We offer local installation throughout Sarasota and Charlotte Counties. If you’re in Manatee County, please call first. Outside of these areas? We’re happy to ship, and we often refer customers to trusted local partners nationwide when available.

4. How much do your handrails cost?

Pricing varies depending on the style, powder coating finish, and design complexity. Standard rails start around $595.00 plus shipping, with more intricate designs costing more. All current prices are listed on the product pages.

5. How long does it take to receive my order?

Each handrail is custom-made. Typical production and shipping time is 4–6 weeks. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

6. Are your handrails made in the USA?

Absolutely. All Arrowhead Metal Art Designs products are proudly made right here in Venice, Florida.

7. Do your rails come with a warranty?

Yes. We offer a 3 year limited warranty on our handrails materials and craftsmanship. If you have any issues, just contact us and we’ll make it right.

8. Can I choose a custom color or design?

Yes. We offer a wide range of powder coat colors and have several artistic designs available (like sea turtles, dolphins, octopuses, and more). Have something in mind? Reach out and let’s talk!

9. Do you offer any ADA-compliant options?

Many of our standard and custom rails are designed to meet ADA accessibility guidelines. Let us know your needs and we’ll help you choose the best option.

10. Do you offer any accessories or related products?

Yes. In addition to pool and spa rails, we now offer access to the EcoRover mobility chair and select pieces of custom wall art. New affiliate and product pages will be live soon.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just wanted to send an awesome review of this company as a shout out. Daniel owner and fabricator of this beautiful railing met us at our home 9/2021 with a railing painted and designed like we wanted. After installing flawlessly, Daniels last words were guaranteed for life. Along our way through 2022 hurricane Ian the paint close to my salt water pool began to bubble and lift with salt corrosion. Reluctant to call showed these guys a picture of my rail. 2 Days later new one installed unbelievable. Now current April 2026 sent another picture of the paint again starting to crack. A week later another rail installed no questions. Apparently the paint products used before had to be balance out and look better than the two before.
I work in the car and motorcycle industry where lifetime warranty is sometimes dismissed after a year. This company backs it all the way to the bank. The railing itself is top notch. Paint always has issues under the stress of salt water and chlorine especially in Florida. If I could give this company 20 stars I would. Daniel so sorry I took so long with this review however anyone on the fence thinking is this rail worth the money it surly is 100%.
Quality control and designing is great. Keep up the excellent work great job Dave G.!!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Linda at Arrowhead Metal Art Designs (AMAD) knocked it out of the ballpark! She was very professional, knowledgeable, had great suggestions, and a real pleasure to work with. We had a custom - made Red Crab Pool Rail designed, fabricated, and shipped to Arizona very expediently by AMAD. I would highly recommend them for your pool/spa needs........Ernie Baume.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I found this company on the internet. I have a Stealth Pool which is partially inground and partially above ground. I have a lot of stone work and needed a custom hand rail. I called them and talked to Linda and she was very helpful. They made me custom rail in a week and sent it right away. Their installed called me and walked me through the install that I was doing myself. They are a family business and I would highly recommend them. Very nice product.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is so gorgeous it really is a piece of artwork, high quality, well made and stunning while having something sturdy to get out of the pool with some unfortunate health issues. With the hot heat here in AZ this coating will make it easy to handle. Packaged and wrapped well. Thank you 5****
